Live from Pubcon: IE7 will boost RSS

Rick Klau, VP of business development at Feedburner.com, at the Pubcon conference: Internet Explorer is still the most widely used web browser. With the integrated feed reading abilities of Internet Explorer 7, RSS will be more widely adopted than ever. In 2003, RSS was almost exclusively a blogger thing. Today, we see RSS used for video, podcasts, e-commerce, web services, news and many more. Some numbers from Feedburner: 270,000 customers - 475,000 feeds - more than 25 million RSS subscriptions served per day.
